Mai Tai, a delicious recipe by Lassonde Food Service

  • 0.75 oz Fairlee NFC Lime Juice 950mL
  • 1 oz Fairlee Orange Juice 1,89L
  • 1.5 oz Chai tea, infused
  • 1 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: caramelized pineapple, star anise, cinnamon stick
  • 3 oz Fairlee NFC Lime Juice 950mL
  • 4 oz Fairlee Orange Juice 1,89L
  • 6 oz Chai tea, infused
  • 4 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 16 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: caramelized pineapple, star anise, cinnamon stick
  • 3.75 oz Fairlee NFC Lime Juice 950mL
  • 5 oz Fairlee Orange Juice 1,89L
  • 7.5 oz Chai tea, infused
  • 5 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 20 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: caramelized pineapple, star anise, cinnamon stick
  • 7.5 oz Fairlee NFC Lime Juice 950mL
  • 10 oz Fairlee Orange Juice 1,89L
  • 15 oz Chai tea, infused
  • 10 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 40 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: caramelized pineapple, star anise, cinnamon stick
  • Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Pour without straining directly into an Old Fashioned glass.
  • Top with crushed ice.
  • Add 3 dashes Angostura bitters on top.
  • Garnish with caramelized pineapple, star anise and cinnamon stick.
