  • 0.5 oz Fairlee Lemon Juice NFC 950mL
  • 0.5 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 1.5 oz Any spirit: Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, Eau-de-vie
  • 0.5 oz Foamer (aquafaba or egg white)
  • Garnish: dehydrated lemon slice
  • 2 oz Fairlee Lemon Juice NFC 950mL
  • 2 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 6 oz Any spirit: Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, Eau-de-vie
  • 2 oz Foamer (aquafaba or egg white)
  • Garnish: dehydrated lemon slice
  • 2.5 oz Fairlee Lemon Juice NFC 950mL
  • 2.5 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 7.5 oz Any spirit: Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, Eau-de-vie
  • 2.5 oz Foamer (aquafaba or egg white)
  • Garnish: dehydrated lemon slice
  • 5 oz Fairlee Lemon Juice NFC 950mL
  • 5 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 15 oz Any spirit: Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, Eau-de-vie
  • 5 oz Foamer (aquafaba or egg white)
  • Garnish: dehydrated lemon slice
  • Shake all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  • Strain and pour back into the shaker without ice.
  • Dry shake the mix.
  • Pour into a chilled coupette.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice.
