  • 0.50 oz Bourbon Whisky
  • 1.00 oz Fairlee Red Cranberry Cocktail 1.89L
  • 0.50 oz Fairlee NFC Lemon Juice 950mL
  • 0.50 oz Egg whites
  • Garnish: powdered pistachio
  • 3 oz Amaretto liqueur
  • 2 oz Bourbon Whisky
  • 4 oz Fairlee Red Cranberry Cocktail 1.89L
  • 2 oz Fairlee NFC Lemon Juice 950mL
  • 2 oz Egg whites
  • Garnish: powdered pistachio
  • 3.75 oz Amaretto liqueur
  • 2.5 oz Bourbon Whisky
  • 5 oz Fairlee Red Cranberry Cocktail 1.89L
  • 2.5 oz Fairlee NFC Lemon Juice 950mL
  • 2.5 oz Egg whites
  • Garnish: powdered pistachio
  • 7.5 oz Amaretto liqueur
  • 5 oz Bourbon Whisky
  • 10 oz Fairlee Red Cranberry Cocktail 1.89L
  • 5 oz Fairlee NFC Lemon Juice 950mL
  • 5 oz Egg whites
  • Garnish: powdered pistachio
  • Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Strain and pour back in the shaker without ice.
  • Dry shake the mix.
  • Pour into a chilled coupette with a rim of powdered pistachio.
